At ClickOrbitPro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged due to customer misuse.
  • The item is not a perishable, intimate, or hygiene product.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Sale or heavily discounted items (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@clickorbitpro.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video of the item (if defective or damaged)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. Contact us at contact@clickorbitpro.shop to arrange an exchange.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
