ClickOrbitPro is committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. For remote or difficult-to-access pin codes, delivery timelines may vary.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 for orders below ₹999.
• Express shipping may be available for select pin codes at an additional charge.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner's website.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to natural calamities, logistical issues, or courier disruptions. We will notify you proactively in such cases.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@clickorbitpro.shop with your order ID and photos (if damaged).
